Hydraulic Power Unit
1. Description
This hydraulic power unit comprises of high pressure pump, DC motor,
multi-functional manifold, oil tank, cartridge valve and stacked valve. Its
compact, light and energy-saving features are greater than most
conventional hydraulic systems. It is widely used in tilting flatbed truck,
platform, press and close conveyance.
2. Features
1) Pump displacement range from 1mL/r to 7mL/r, max pressure 2900psi
2) 12V or 24V DC motor, power 1.36hp, 2.72hp, 4.1hp (3kw), with thermal
switch to prevent the motor from overheating, intermittent duty
3) Adjustable safety valve set pressure—2320psi
4) Solenoid valve voltage--24V DC, or 12V DC
5) Oil tank capacity--0.8gal, 1gal or 1.3gal
